Children 5 and older can now get a COVID-19 booster!

COVID-19 boosters are now available for children 5 and older!

With COVID-19 cases rising, it’s more important than ever for adults and children to stay up to date with COVID-19 vaccines, including boosters.

The CDC recently expanded eligibility of COVID-19 boosters for children 5-11 years old who are at least five months past their primary vaccine series. Many children have yet to complete the recommended two-dose vaccine series. According to the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), only one in three (35%) 5-11-year-olds has received at least one dose as of May 25.
