Does it cost anything to get a COVID vaccine?

Health care workers answer questions about the COVID-19 vaccines.

Rhea Boyd, MD, MPH explains that it doesn’t cost anything to get a COVID vaccine even if you don’t have insurance.

The vaccines are free, which is amazing. They’re free for adults. They’re free for kids. They’re free for the elderly. They’re free for everybody.

And you don’t need insurance. You don’t need insurance. You don’t have to bring any special immigration documents. The vaccines are free and freely available for everybody.

It will not be used to count against you in your process to seek immigration or another immigration status.
