The most likely thing to happen after your child gets the COVID-19 vaccine is nothing. Nothing. They’ll go home and be fine and go around and keep jumping around, like, nothing. Now we worked really hard to make sure that the dose that we’re giving children has minimal, minimal side effects. So, that’s why I’m saying the most likely thing to happen is nothing. Some kids, however, will experience some soreness of the arms. They can also experience some mild fevers and feel a little achy. This happens with every vaccine, or this can happen with every vaccine, and that is because the immune system is getting activated and it is mounting the response that we want it to mount.
